Minimum teacher salary for the 2025-2026 school year has been set by the Illinois Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability pursuant to Illinois Public Act 103-515. Minimum salary for the year is $42,411, which represents a 2.97% increase (consistent with CPI-U over the prior 12 months ending June 30, 2024) over the minimum salary for the 2024-2025 school year of $41,188.
