Title IX Rules on Sexual Harassment and Athletic Participation

The long-awaited Title IX Sexual Harassment rules and Athletic Participation rules are finally set to be released in March 2024. While we cannot be certain of the implementation date at this time, the prior rules, in 2020, were released toward the end of the 2019-2020 school year with an effective date at the start of the next school year, on August 14, 2020. We will continue to note updates as those arise and will be prepared to train your Title IX teams on new policies and procedures when the new rules arrive.
