New Partner Announcement

Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk & Miller, Ltd. is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2013, Luke M. Feeney was named partner in the firm. 

Luke joined Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk & Miller, Ltd. as a law clerk in 2002, and has been an Associate with the firm since 2005, representing school districts, municipalities, and private business and individual clients.  Luke is a frequent speaker at local, regional and statewide conferences on school law topics, and serves as a continuing resource to school administrators and school boards on a variety of legal and litigation topics.

Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in International, Resource, and Consumer Economics in 2001 from the University of Illinois College of Agriculture where he graduated with High Honors.  In 2005, he received his his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign where he graduated cum Laude.
