New Partner Announcement

David joined Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk & Miller, Ltd. as a law clerk in 2005, and has been an Associate with the firm since 2007, focusing on the needs of school districts and school law.  David is a frequent speaker at local, regional and statewide conferences on school law topics, and serves as a continuing resource to school administrators and school boards on a variety of legal and litigation topics.

David served on the Education Law Council of the Illinois State Bar Association from 2008-2011 and was Assistant Editor of the section council's newsletter from 2009-2010.

David earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science (2004) from the University of Illinois College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.  He received his Juris Doctor from the Southern Illinois University School of Law (2007).
