Topics discussed will include what we have learned since the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case in Endrew F, how to tackle reductions in force in light of the 7th Circuit Appellate Court's ruling in Elliott, an update on student discipline since SB100, and guidance in light of new regulatory frameworks from the Federal government. Attorneys will tackle issues of school district policy, preferred procedures, and best practices in light of recent changes to the law and cases interpreting the law.
