Title IX Training for Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, and Decision-Makers

The new Title IX regulations, effective August 14, 2020, require each school district to appoint certain personnel to serve as the Title IX Coordinator, Investigators, and Decision-Makers, and the rules require specific training components for the individuals in those roles.

While attorneys at Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk & Miller, Ltd. have been doing numerous Title IX trainings to get clients up to speed and compliant (both in-district trainings and through various ROEs and other entities) and will continue to do so, many clients have sought out a virtual option for the required training.

In response to those requests, we will be hosting a two-part live virtual training to meet the required training components for your Title IX personnel, including your Title IX Coordinator, Investigators, and Decision-Makers. Participants must complete both sessions in order to fulfill the training requirements.

The live sessions will be held from 1:30pm-3:30pm on November 5 and 6, 2020. The cost will be $125 per participant.

You can register for the live virtual Title IX Training here.

In addition, we will record the live virtual training and make the training available in an asynchronous format for $125/participant as well, following the live training. If you wish to register for access to the asynchronous training, you may do so here.  While we ask that you register for the asynchronous training no later than November 6, 2020, please note that the materials will be sent to those who register for the asynchronous training shortly after November 6, 2020.

If your district would prefer a more targeted in-district training, whether in-person or virtual, please contact your attorney at Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk, & Miller, and we will get that scheduled for you!
